Upwork Profile Optimizer

You'll rebuild client Upwork profiles — overview, title, and specialised positioning — as part of our Profile Optimization service, drawing on real, current experience of what actually gets freelancers hired on the platform.

Responsibilities

• Rewrite Upwork profile overviews, titles, and specialised profile positioning for clients
• Advise clients on portfolio structuring and which past work to feature
• Give feedback on proposal/cover-letter strategy where relevant
• Stay current with Upwork's ranking and algorithm changes and adjust guidance accordingly
• Deliver rewritten profile copy within 3–4 business days of receiving a client's current profile
• Incorporate one round of client-requested edits per profile

What We're Looking For

• Active or recent Upwork freelancer with a strong Job Success Score (90%+)
• Proven track record of winning contracts on Upwork, not just a completed profile
• Excellent written English
