How AI is used — and how it isn't
- AI only suggests and summarises. It never rejects, shortlists, invites or hires anyone — your team does.
- Only candidates who turned on discovery can be suggested, and only with the profile details they chose to share.
- Summaries cite what the candidate submitted; missing information is shown as “not provided”, not as a lack of ability.
- AI can be wrong or incomplete. Every application stays fully available for your own review.
