Freelancing Consultant

1-on-1 strategy calls that help freelancers actually win work

Part-time Contract-based Remote — Pakistan

You'll run live consultation calls for freelancers who are stuck, inconsistent, or unsure what to do next — reviewing their platform strategy and giving them a clear, honest path forward. This is the expert behind our Freelancing Consultation service.

Responsibilities

Conduct 45–60 minute 1-on-1 video/phone consultation calls with freelancers booked through the platform
Review each client's current strategy on Fiverr, Upwork, LinkedIn, or direct client outreach
Give honest, specific feedback on their proposals, pitches, and profile positioning
Deliver a clear, written 30-day action plan at the end of every call
Send a follow-up WhatsApp check-in two weeks after each session to track progress
Flag recurring problems you see across clients back to the ZiadaKamao team, to improve our plans and content

What We're Looking For

2+ years of proven, income-generating freelancing experience on Upwork, Fiverr, or via direct clients
Strong verbal communication in both English and Urdu
Comfortable giving direct, constructive feedback in a live call setting
Reliable internet connection and availability for scheduled calls

Nice to have

— Experience coaching or mentoring other freelancers
— Familiarity with Upwork/Fiverr's ranking and algorithm changes
