Corporate professionals come to us wanting to switch jobs, get promoted, or land back on their feet after a layoff. You'll review and refine their AI-generated 28-day Career Growth Plan so it reflects real, practical guidance for the Pakistani job market — not generic advice.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated Career Growth Plans (Job Switch, Promotion, and Laid Off — New Job tracks) before they're delivered to customers
• Edit and personalise each plan based on the customer's actual role, seniority, and stated goal
• Advise on resume and LinkedIn positioning specific to Pakistani corporate hiring norms
• Give guidance on interview preparation and salary negotiation expectations by industry
• Occasionally join 1-on-1 coaching calls for Premium-tier customers alongside the Freelancing Consultant team
• Track which advice resonates with customers and feed that back into how we improve future plans

What We're Looking For

• Background in HR, recruitment, or professional career coaching
• Strong understanding of the Pakistani corporate job market — LinkedIn, Rozee.pk, referral culture, typical salary bands
• Excellent written English for editing plan documents clearly and professionally
• Comfortable giving direct feedback on resumes and career decisions
