Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using ZiadaKamao. By creating an account or using any part of our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
ZiadaKamao ("we", "our", "the platform") is an AI-powered side income advisory platform designed for professionals in Pakistan. The platform uses artificial intelligence to recommend income streams, generate personalised 28-day action plans, and provide daily tasks, tips, quizzes, and income tracking tools to help users build side income outside of their primary employment.
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Pakistan to use ZiadaKamao. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at ziadakamao@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorised access. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.
You may register using an email address and password or via Google OAuth. Each person may hold only one account.
ZiadaKamao offers three plans:
Subscription fees are charged in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable Pakistani consumer law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
The Premium plan includes a commitment from our team to work with you through 1-on-1 sessions until you land your first paying client. This means our coaches will continue guiding you across sessions as needed. This commitment applies to your first client only and is subject to your active participation, completing assigned tasks, and maintaining communication with your assigned coach. We do not guarantee a specific timeline, income level, or client type. The commitment is forfeited if you cancel your subscription before a client is secured.
The platform uses AI (powered by Anthropic's Claude models) to generate income stream recommendations, action plans, daily tasks, tips, and quiz questions. This content is generated based on your profile inputs and is intended as general guidance only. It does not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice. You are responsible for verifying the suitability of any recommendation before acting on it.
AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies. We continuously improve our prompts and models but cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any AI output for your specific situation.
ZiadaKamao provides tools, guidance, and plans to help you pursue side income. We do not guarantee any specific level of income. Earning estimates shown on the platform (such as income range per stream) are based on market data and are illustrative only. Actual results depend on your skills, effort, consistency, market conditions, and many other factors outside our control.
The Premium plan's "first client" commitment (section 5) is the sole exception — and applies specifically to securing one client, not to income levels.

The community feed is a space for professionals to share wins, learnings, and encouragement. Keep posts relevant to income-building, respectful, and constructive. Spam, promotional content unrelated to the platform, and hate speech are not permitted and will result in removal of the post and potential account suspension.
All platform content, branding, designs, logos, and software are the intellectual property of ZiadaKamao. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without our written consent.
Content you submit to the platform (income logs, profile data, community posts) remains yours. By submitting it, you grant us a licence to use it to operate and improve the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, ZiadaKamao and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of income, business opportunities, or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the platform ends immediately. We may retain anonymised, aggregated data for platform improvement purposes.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
